A splendid 2 bedroom ground floor Georgian apartment on the North Norfolk coast. Boasting stunning sea views and situated on the Promenade at Cromer, complete with a parking space and the sound of the sea.
The emphasis is on comfort, relaxation and being at one with the sea. This is a very special place, it is our second home and we like our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. It is particularly suitable for relaxation and romantic breaks and for being central to beach activities during July and August. This building was home to Empress Elizabeth of Austria during 1887.
It sleeps up to 4 adults, is fitted to a very high standard and includes all bedding and linen except beach towels. Facilities include: Gas Central Heating; Double Glazing; Electric Shower; WiFi; 65 inch OLED 4K Television; DVD Player; Dishwasher; Washer Drier and Telephone.
Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekly tariffs start from £500. Unfortunately it is not suitable for small children and pets and is a non-smoking property.
The sea and beach are within 10 metres and just a few metres further is the Victorian pier with its end of the pier theatre.
